A simple breathwork practice that literally takes one minute
You know when you mean to take time out of your day to meditate, do some breathwork or simply rest, but the week flies by and you didn’t seem to manage it?
The practice I’m going to share with you is so short, so easy to do and so GREAT that I am sure it will help. It even has an easy to remember mnemonic.
STOP.
There are now ZERO excuses to skip this special time to create a pocket of stillness in your day.
